Employee counts are fixed on the 25th of each month, and billing is processed on the same day.
The count used for the invoice reflects the employee and participation records available in Lirvion when the count is fixed.
A change reported after the 25th may affect a later billing period rather than the invoice already processed.
To help keep billing accurate, review employee records before the monthly count is fixed and report eligibility or participation changes through the established Lirvion process.
Updating payroll or an HR system does not automatically update the billing information maintained by Lirvion.
