Lirvion bills the employer for the subscription and services configured for the account.
A Lirvion invoice may cover:
Platform access and administration
Required service fees
Professional Services
Case-based Services
Credits or billing adjustments
These charges are separate from individual health insurance premiums.
A Lirvion invoice does not:
Represent an employee's insurance premium
Pay an insurance carrier
Include the employer's ICHRA allowance as a subscription charge
A Lirvion invoice and an insurance carrier premium notice may arrive during the same month, but they pay for different things. Paying one does not satisfy the other.
