Our Story
Why we built Lirvion
Lirvion was founded by licensed benefits professionals with hands-on experience in enrollment operations, employer benefits administration, and the individual coverage market.
Through that work, we saw the same challenge repeatedly. Employers wanted more flexibility in how they offered health benefits, while the administration supporting that flexibility remained fragmented across systems, spreadsheets, carriers, and service partners.
ICHRA offers a meaningful alternative to traditional group health insurance. It also introduces a different operating model—one that brings together employee classes, benefit design, affordability workflows, enrollment, coverage verification, premium payment visibility, allowance tracking, reporting, and renewals.
We built Lirvion to connect those workflows in one administration platform. As the ICHRA market evolves, the platform continues to evolve with it—shaped by the practical needs of employers, brokers, employees, and partners running these programs every day.
