What the subscription covers beyond the software

A 30-person employer finishes enrollment once. New hires, allowance updates, coverage verification, affordability records, employee questions, and a renewal keep coming.

A Lirvion subscription includes the platform and a defined service structure around it. Employers and brokers get access to licensed benefits professionals through implementation and the first renewal, documented support paths for employees, and program records that stay current as the program changes. That access covers the services listed in the applicable agreement - it isn't legal, tax, or individualized coverage advice.

Most of this work is unremarkable. It's also what determines whether an ICHRA program still looks well-run in month nine.
