An invoice may require an adjustment when:

  • Employee information is corrected

  • A service begins or ends

  • A previously billed amount changes

Depending on when the issue is identified, the adjustment may appear:

  • As a separate line on an invoice

  • As a credit

  • As a charge on a later invoice

Not every correction appears on the original invoice.

Do not reduce or alter the amount paid without first confirming the adjustment with Lirvion. Confirmed corrections are applied through the billing adjustment process.
