Questioning an invoice

If an invoice appears incorrect, contact Lirvion with:

  • Invoice number

  • Billing period

  • Disputed line item

  • Reason the amount requires review

  • Relevant employee effective dates, if applicable

  • Written service approvals, if applicable

Do not send complete bank account or payment-card information by email.

Raising a billing question does not automatically change the invoice amount or extend its payment deadline. Lirvion will confirm whether an adjustment is needed and how it will appear.

Failed or unpaid payments

If payment is unsuccessful, review the available payment notice and follow the instructions provided to resolve the issue.

An unpaid Lirvion invoice concerns the employer's account with Lirvion. It does not, by itself, establish whether an employee's insurance premium has been paid or whether an individual policy is active.

The consequences of an unpaid invoice are governed by the employer's agreement with Lirvion. Address failed or overdue payments promptly rather than waiting for the account status to change.
