Lirvion supports three enrollment paths. The available path depends on the employer's configuration, the employee's circumstances, and the coverage channel.
Quick Enroll
Quick Enroll is a streamlined path for coverage purchased off-Exchange. The employee:
Reviews prefilled application information.
Completes any remaining fields.
Selects coverage.
Provides the required attestations.
Submits the application.
Auto Enroll
With Auto Enroll, the employee authorizes a licensed broker to complete the application on their behalf. The broker helps complete the required information and resolve missing details.
The employee still reviews the information, selects coverage, and completes the required attestations. Coverage is not selected or activated automatically.
Self Enroll
Self Enroll routes the employee to the Marketplace, where they complete the application themselves. This is the default path for on-Exchange enrollment, including state-based Marketplaces.
The distinction between off-Exchange and Marketplace coverage can also affect how employee-paid premiums are handled through payroll.
